Way Routes Inc. is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR Team Drivers in Kansas City, MO 64161 to run FedEx linehaul freight.
$2,300+ weekly earning potential per driver | Approximately 6,000 team miles per week | Typically home weekly | Assigned Volvo VNL 860
Pay
- $2,300+ typical weekly earning potential per driver
- Up to $3,000/week for top earners
- $0.90 CPM team rate, split between the two drivers
- Approximately 5,000-6,000 average team miles per week
- Weekly pay
- Tenure-based pay increases
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- $300 driver referral bonus
Weekly earnings vary based on available miles, freight, routes, and time on the road.

Home Time
Teams are typically home weekly.
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
- Out 56 days: approximately 34 hours home
- Out 2 weeks: approximately 45 days home
- Out 3 weeks: approximately 78 days home
Dispatch times vary by route. Drivers receive a specific dispatch time for their first dispatch.

- No-touch freight
- Drop & hook
- Approximately 5,000-6,000 average team miles per week
- Routes and destinations vary based on freight needs

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years OR 5 years of tractor-trailer experience within the last 10 years
- Doubles endorsement/experience preferred, but not required
- Doubles training available
- 21+ years old
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Acceptable MVR and safety record
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Background check required
